thankful

Thanksgiving was the best.

I love being in San Diego with my family and visiting some

of my favorite people and places. I have so much to be thankful for.

Between the rum balls, walking, shopping, (jumping) and

Mimi's spiked yams, we went to bed exhausted every night.

butternut

This weekend I roasted up some butternut squash and devoured the entire pan. I was planning on making soup, but I was 6 cups of squash short ;(

This is one of my favorite fall treats (if you want to call it a treat), and if had a day to do absolutely nothing, I would make this.
