So I think I make atLEAST one list a day--usually a 'to do' list, or a 'packing list' (even for overnighters...I know, weird) and sometimes what I eat. No, I do not have an eating disorder--I am just very vIsUaL, and it helps me SEE what exactly i'm missing in my diet and the things that could be-oh, I dunno, kicked OUT of my diet. Like the dove chocolates that sit in front of me at eye level every day at work...oohhh....you little buggerzzz.....
So this was my list yesterday:

FYI, I pride myself whenever I leave work without tasting one of those Doves and their chocolatey good-ness. I mean, half of the greatness comes from the message inside the wrapper--the other day I got one that said, "Think of every day as a Sunday". I mean, HOw GREAt Is THAt!!??
